Sunway University’s online Master of Business Analytics cultivates the cutting-edge data and statistical analysis skills needed to thrive in modern business strategy and leadership.

You will enhance your data-driven decision making abilities by bridging the tech-business gap in a digital-first business environment through mastering AI and machine learning techniques.

You will complete 6 core subjects, 2 elective subjects, and 2 research project subjects. Study just 1 subject at a time in 7-week blocks.

Prerequisite pathway

Students with a non-related bachelor’s degree (minimum CGPA of 2.00) and without the relevant work experience have the opportunity to enrol in the online MsBA upon the completion of the Fundamental Business Studies prerequisite subject, which can be completed within 7 weeks.

This non-credit bridging subject covers 5 key topics as per MQA programme standards – Managing People, Managing Financial Resources, Understanding Customers and Marketing Concepts, Strategic Planning, and Understanding the Business Environment – and tests students’ ability to study online independently.

Qualify with APEL.A

Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning for Access (APEL.A) T-7 is catered to individuals with work experience who want to pursue a master’s qualification, but do not possess a bachelor’s degree.

APEL.A evaluates the experiential learning gained from formal, informal, and non-formal learning to determine an individual’s readiness to join a programme of study – transforming your job experience into an official qualification for entry. Details on APEL.A can be found here.
