Department of Management, Lecturer; Online MBA Programme Lead

Dr. Teow Hui Hui is a Lecturer in the Department of Management, Sunway Business School. She holds a PhD in Management from Monash University and specialises in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. Her research is published in leading academic journals and regularly presented at regional and international conferences. She is also actively involved in government and industry-funded research, as well as in executive education programmes related to corporate sustainability. These experiences enable her to bring current industry issues and real-world perspectives into the MBA learning experience, with a strong focus on responsible and future-focused leadership.
