Dr. Ng Huey Zher is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Educational Development and Innovation, School of Education. She earned her PhD in Education from the University of Malaya, specialising in formative assessment within technology-integrated learning environments. With a background in instructional design and digital learning across both academic and professional landscapes, Dr. Ng possesses expertise in designing instructional materials for open and distance learning as well as in the integration of digital technologies into teaching and learning practices.
